The 3rd AVLAB córdoba meeting in 2011, which took place in centro cultural españa, was dedicated to the children; a space occupied with installations that proposed interaction and new media.

This work is ongoing and is as open-ended as a drawn line is long. This final improvised performance in this Masters project was designed from elements harvested as knowledge from the previous performances by Kellie O’Dempsey.

It’s a method of live animation and real-time cartoon. Every character, figure, drawing can move realtime with the usage of playstation controller. It’s fun and surprising and open for interaction.

Recently we made some new experiments with digital and analog drawing techniques in Grünau, Austria. We used marker pens, water color, acryl and Cillit Bang.

It has been one month after the nuclear disaster in Japan and the radioactive leakage is still continuing. Meanwhile, Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdoğan and Minister of Energy Taner Yıldız are making statements which are underestimating this massive risk. The government must take the situation in Japan into consideration, quit their nuclear plans as soon possible and invest on renewable energies and energy efficiency. Join the action!
