I tested the new iOS 12.4 and the re-connection of an external display during a session works again.
Have not tried the new iPad Pro with USB-C so far.

Hello,
I am on iPad pro USB-C with iOS 12.4 , and the screen is freezing after a few seconds,
stucks there, and when I pull out the connection, immediately Tagtool starts to work.
Plug back in, and freezes again.
I bought the new iPad just for this 
I am one of your oldest followers, from ardunio days.
Please help me on this topic.
