Cannot Find Tagtool in NDI Studio Monitor

I am using the iPad version of Tagtool and have enabled Start NDI Server.

I connected the iPad and desktop(Window 11) directly via Ethernet cable.
Both devices are set to the 10.0.0.X IP range with subnet mask 255.255.255.0.

I verified the connection by checking the Ethernet IP addresses and successfully pinged both the desktop and the iPad from the command prompt.

I also allowed all NDI-related programs through the Windows firewall.

However, I still cannot find Tagtool in NDI Studio Monitor.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

Hello,

When your devices are connected to the same network, you should see Tagtool – localhost appear in the NDI Monitor.

Please note that NDI typically requires a proper network connection via a router or switch. Connecting an iPad directly to a PC may not work reliably.

Alternatively, you can connect to the Tagtool Desktop over your local network by entering the PC’s IP address.
