Hi There, I want to import a pic from device camera roll to use as a backdrop…having issues doing this - any suggestions please? Is this even a thing?

You have problems accessing the camera roll? Did you check your preferences and enable Tagtool in your “Photo Settings”.
When the app crashes it might be out of memory - how big are your files you want to import?
