In app purchase using mdm

Hi, we have deployed 6 IPads (through MDM and Configurator), with each a basic version of TagTool, but we are now ready to purchase the full version (TagToolPro) for each IPad. We can purchase Apps directly in the App store and upload, but we can’t do it if it’s an In App purchase, there is an error message in TagTool. Is there any way around this?

This is the error message: ‘‘In-app purchase is not supported. Machine licensed app does not support in-app purchase.’’

I also authenticated one of the 6 IPads with my organization’s Itunes account, but still can’t make a purchase.

Interesting issue - we will investigate the problem. Just to clarify - you are using Apple´s configurator 2?
