Hi the picture I have created and saved do not work on the canvas anymore can not edit or full screen the animations do not work either. Even imported image shoe up on canvas with no colour I need help before I ask for a refund

Maybe you have not used the opacity slider after you have imported from the decks or taken a picture? All imported items are inserted as invisible - you need to make them visible in Animation Mode.
If that is not the problem can you send a screenshot of the problem?
