Please add a tool to recover a deleted layer

I’m using the app from an ipad pro. Free version so maybe my petition is out of place.

Here’s the thing. Our autistic kid doesn’t communicate a lot (improving but not like a normal conversation) so getting used to dividing her drawings in pieces is hard for now because giving instructions is hard.

I’m also getting used to the UI and made a mistake by deleting a layer she made (i wanted to use the eraser but got confused and didn’t change to paint, so i tapped the delete button instead of the eraser).

This took like a 30min meltdown and zero cooperation to draw the same thing again.

Instead we had to animate the grave for her drawings (and somehow our cat is crying too).

A window before deleting a layer or a way to recover it would be nice until both of us get used to the program does the pro version do that?

Oh, so sorry to hear about this! We have a planned feature in the pipeline that we internally called the “graveyard”, where you can go and get deleted drawings… we’ll probably go for a less spooky name, something like “Nirvana”, but you can tell your kid she made us move the feature much higher up the priority list!

The new release is coming up and won’t include this yet, but we’ll try to include it in one of the next updates after that.
