IS it possible to Rec. animation for REWIND ?

AND REWIND limit ? is it possible to Flatten REWIND history in case don’t need tagtool to record it anymore or just need to add and edit more detail in that individual layer? (i use basic version)

IS it possible to doing this in Pro version?
