I use tagtool with iPad air 2 64 gb and a conector VGA. Simple connection. But each 2 minute say signal search and lost the image . there are not the proyector because i use differents. Do i need to reinstall? Or some configuration? Or the connector? Thanks

I haven´t seen this problem so far. I would check the hardware parts first.

Here are some questions:

Can you verify this issue with another VGA adapter as well?
Is the VGA cable defect?

When you get the same problem trying different parts you can look at the software side:
Try to reboot the iPad first.
If the problem still appears then re-install Tagtool app.

When the signal is interrupted does Tagtool crash or is it still running?
What happens when you reconnect after the signal is lost?
