Tagtool/MadMapper: exporting videos with transparent background

Hello!
Is anyone working with TT to export animations as video files with transparent backgrounds? I’m working with MadMapper software now, and would love to find a shortcut to using animations I create in TT within MadMapper. Thank you!

I’m not sure if there is a way to export with an alpha channel,
as a workaround, I exported it with green background and keyed it in After Effects.

Maybe your software (MadMapper) allows you to key a colour on the fly?

I was using the Luma effect in Final Cut Pro, and exporting as a file with the Apple ProRes 4444 codec, but the files are huge! Like, a 10 second file is over a gig.

I’ll check out After Effects!
