Hello,
I was using the Mac player for Tagtool, version 1.4.3 b10.
As I try to draw anything on the canvas, I got an exclamation mark in red blinking on the left bottom corner, As I double click it, I reached the screen below with a red doted error message.
It was working good previously, I don’t know what happened and come to this point.
Is that mean I’m missing some kind of important file in my computer?

This is the software debugger pointing out that an error occurred - and it looks like the Tagtool Player is missing a .DLL file?
Have you deleted and downloaded the Tagtool Player again? Does this error show up again after a fresh install?

I downloaded a fresh player for Mac from here: Tagtool_1.4.3-b10 – Google Drive
but the error persists.
And on Mac there is no installation, just double click.
How can we understand what DLL file is missing?
Can it be a global dll file that Tagtool uses from the machine?
Recently, I deleted some apps using AppCleaner. It finds related files all over the computer and removes them.
However, I’m using Tagtool with a different user login on the same computer.

I was looking at the screenshot and the Player is missing a certain compression method we use (Brotli is a generic-purpose lossless compression algorithm that compresses data).
Have you tried to launch the Player App with the other profile? Same error?
The AppCleaner could be the issue.
You can try to install it manually again via sourceforge - Brotli compression format

The issue persists on other users within the same machine.
I think I installed Brotli via following commands on terminal in Mac
git clone GitHub - microsoft/vcpkg: C++ Library Manager for Windows, Linux, and MacOS
cd vcpkg
./bootstrap-vcpkg.sh
./vcpkg integrate install
./vcpkg install brotli
The player looks fine in the beginning, I can draw things.
When I open a local network session via player, connect with iPad, and try draw anything the error occurs.
(There was no Mac install at Sourceforge, I downloaded the zip file and it comes with the following files, I tried to drag and drop the DLL files into the Tagtool Player package but didn’t work,
Is there a better location to place them? )
